The packaging sector in Madrid could well be the category in which Tea for two comunicación gráfica has seen the biggest growth in the last few years.
With our designs for several wine labels for award-winning wineries in various Spanish winemaking regions such as Pontevedra and Toro, we started to carve out a niche for ourselves as a creative agency specializing in the wine sector. Several of these designs have been used for wine aimed exclusively at such powerful markets as the USA and Asia, which means that our conceptualization and unification work has to be even more meticulous than usual due to the exacting demands from importers. Furthermore, when it comes to designing the bottles we tend to opt for production techniques that add new layers to the communication, enhancing its subtlety. To this end we use relief embossing, metal stamping with the most appropriate colours for each occasion such as gold, red or copper, UV varnish coatings, special inks, and more.
Another of the most recognizable examples of creative packaging products in our portfolio is the Christmas cards that we send to our clients. Initially related to the world of tea, every year we surprise them with pieces in which our creativity as graphic designers comes to light in a different way from a normal commission, in which the briefing and the brand’s graphics impose certain limits on the options that we can use. Over the years we have sent our clients the most varied range of original packaging pieces, from personalized robots with music boxes to little boxes containing the essential material for coping with the new year, not forgetting our chocolate and green tea packaging.
We have also created such varied packaging designs as cans to contain panettones from La Tagliatella, beer bottles for Heineken based on the graphics of the Festival of Benicàssim and a proposal for a new line of brik fruit juice containers for Pascual.
