At Tea for Two we took on the brochures design for the promotion of Calle Serrano 141 by Knight Frank, the world’s biggest real estate consultancy.

On this occasion we composed the texts, handled the art direction and layout and took charge of production of the catalogues (hard cover with gelatin silver print), which were produced to promote their luxury properties in the El Viso neighbourhood of Madrid. A slick, uncluttered design steered attention towards the essential part of the brochure: the infographics that showed the power of the architectural proposal.

We have also designed this calalogue for Knight Frank.
